In our auctions, we do accept PayPal only. Immediate Payment may be required.

Payments are due within 4 days of the end of auction date. If payment is not

received, an unpaid item case will be opened. If not paid by the ninth day,

the item will be relisted and we will report an unpaid item claim.  Once this

unpaid item claim has closed, we are no longer able to accept payment.

We do not cancel transactions for any reason. Please be sure to read the

PayPal payments received by 12:00 pm PST on business days will be shipped the

same day. Payments received on weekends, holidays or after 12:00pm PST will

We only ship to the 48 United States. We do not ship FedEx and UPS packages to

P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or Alaska or other countries. 


Please email us for shipping charge quote if you are in APO/FPO, Hawaii, Guam,

Puerto Rico, or Alaska or other countries.

Our items are shipped from multiple locations throughout the United States.

The item purchased will be delivered in 3-7 business days after shipment.

Items above $250 do require a signature at delivery

All packages that are returned to us by FedEx as undeliverable are subject to

an additional shipping charge to reship the item.

It is the Buyers responsibility to make sure the address they send with their

payment is their current and correct address. We are not responsible for

packages shipping to the incorrect address. The shipping feature we use

automatically pulls the shipping address information into the system, so

please double check that all of your information is correct before sending

your payment.

Return / Warranty / Disclaimer

We stand behind every product we sell. We will do our best to fix any issues

if needed. Please carefully inspect all items upon receipt. If you're not

pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to give an exchange or full refund

within 30 days. Contact us first for return authorization before you ship

back the package. Additionally, the product must be in its original

condition: including box, packaging, and all other accessories.

If you receive damaged or defective product, a full refund or exchange will

be offered. Pictures of the damaged product, and packaging, will be requested

before any refund or exchange is authorized.

If you do not receive the item listed, we will have a prepaid shipping label

emailed to you for the return of the item received in error. We will also

have the proper part reshipped free of charge.

If you purchase a part in error, please don’t panic. You will have to pay

for the return shipping. However, we can offer you an exchange free of

charge, or a full refund, once the return tracking information has been

received.

Please note: It is important that buyers understand the items require

installation and vehicle knowledge. Installation skill and experience varies,


so it is recommended the item is installed professionally (none of our parts

come with installation instructions). We cannot be held responsible if you or

your shop cannot install the items properly. Please research your car

specific forums or find a shop that is specialized in aftermarket installs and

knows your specific model to prevent any issues with installation.

Again, please contact us within 30 days of purchase, for any issue that

occurs. We will do everything we can to fix the error, but we do ask that you

contact us as soon as possible.
