The item purchased will be delivered in 3-7 business days after shipment. Items above $250 do require a signature at delivery All packages that are returned to us by FedEx as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to reship the item. It is the Buyers responsibility to make sure the address they send with their payment is their current and correct address. We are not responsible for packages shipping to the incorrect address. The shipping feature we use automatically pulls the shipping address information into the system, so please double check that all of your information is correct before sending your payment.

Turn around time once the non-working item is received, is 1-3 business days, depending on the extent of testing required. We do require the unit to be sent back before a replacement can be sent.
