Our items are shipped from multiple locations throughout the United States.

The item purchased will be delivered in 3-7 business days after shipment.

All packages that are returned to us by FedEx as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to reship the item.

Return, Warranty and Disclaimer

Contact us first for return authorization before you ship back the package.

Additionally, the product must be in its original condition: including box, packaging, and all other accessories.

Pictures of the damaged product, and packaging, will be requested before any refund or exchange is authorized.

If you do not receive the item listed, we will have a prepaid shipping label emailed to you for the return of the item received in error.
